Description:	REMODEL DESIGNS AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE JAIL BOOKING AREA REMODEL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Jackson County is accepting proposals for an Architect for a Jail Booking Area Expansion project to be done at the Jackson County Jail, 787 W. 8th Street, Medford, OR 97501. Requirements are listed in the Request for Qualification (RFQ). All proposals are subject to the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) Chapters 670, 671 and 672, and the ordinances, rules and regulations of Jackson County. Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder as defined by ORS 279A.120. Copies of the RFQ and other contract documents are on file and may be examined during regular business hours in the Jackson County Facility Maintenance department, 10 S. Oakdale, Room 501, Medford, OR 97501. RFQ packets may also be requested on the County's web site at http://www.co.jackson.or.us/ or by calling the Facility Maintenance department at 541-774-6971.
