The Jackson County Commissioners encourage citizen participation in local government and welcomes your interest in serving on a County board or commission.

Appointments to County boards and commissions are made by the Commissioners.  Residency within Jackson County is a requirement for membership on most boards.  Terms on the various boards and commissions vary.
